GENESEE REGIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE CEO APPOINTED TO THE COUNCIL OF LABOR AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
(Flint, Michigan, September 24, 2008) Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm has appointed Tim Herman, CEO of the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce, to the Council for Labor and Economic Growth. Mr. Herman will represent the business community for the State of Michigan from September 15, 2008 to April 30, 2010.
“I have every confidence that you will find great personal satisfaction in this important position and that the State of Michigan will benefit from your background and experience,” said Governor Granholm in the appointment letter to Mr. Herman. “It is a noble privilege to serve the people of Michigan. I know that you will do the people’s work with excellence and integrity, and that you will never take lightly the responsibility the people have given you.”
